This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Dawson County Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve dockets, change court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice. Those tasks belong to the court or clerk that holds the record.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court and record type to choose the contact. The main county counter is the Clerk of Superior and Juvenile Courts, but Magistrate, Probate, and Dawsonville Municipal Court keep separate records.
- Superior civil or criminal docket: use the case search for routing, then contact the Clerk of Superior and Juvenile Courts for the official record
- Juvenile record: contact the same Clerk office and explain the legal relationship or authorization because juvenile access is restricted
- Magistrate civil, dispossessory, or garnishment record: contact Magistrate Court and follow its separate written Open Records direction
- Probate traffic or probate file: contact Probate Court, especially when that court is named on the citation
- Dawsonville Municipal Court or city ordinance matter: contact Dawsonville City Clerk at City Hall
- Hearing date: use the court calendar routing, counsel, the notice, or the court named on the citation

For a Georgia Open Records request, identify the custodian, court, case or citation number, date range, record type, desired format, and whether certification is needed. For license status or a failure-to-appear release, contact Georgia DDS as well as the named court. For a federal case, use the Northern District of Georgia and PACER rather than a Georgia county office.
